The rights of the reader!
Posted by Pat on September 17, 2023 in Uncategorized | ∞
This French author has quite the list! Let me know which of these resonate with you and/or if you have found others.
The right to read anywhere!

And the right to reread!
Plus these too…

We can skip pages if we want.

And don’t forget the right to not have to defend our taste!
No guilt! Never too many books! Just not enough time to read all I want! After all, I used to own a bookstore…

And how about you?
Any favorite ‘rights’ that you enjoy? (or would like to enjoy?)

Absolutely, paws down, REREAD! Of course, the ‘Right to read anywhere’ is right up there, too (remembering our childhood times!).
Convincing people that I can read and also be an active presence in the room was a childhood failure. Now, I just do it. Those around me realize that my brain has a “Reading while present” default setting. Haha!
Thank you, Pat 💜
