Some favorite thoughts…
Maybe it’s my English teacher background or maybe it’s my bookstore owner background or maybe I’m just quirky, but I love collecting thoughts shared by others!
I’m sharing some with you today to see which ones you like best.
So…which of these 6 resonates most with you?
“If the only tool you have is a hammer, you tend to see every problem as a nail.”
–Abraham Maslow
“It is possible to own too much. A man with one watch knows what time it is. A man with two watches is never quite sure!”
–Lee Segal (San Diego Union paper in 1930)
“Children are not things to be molded, but are people to be unfolded.”
–Jess Lair
And, finally, perhaps the most meaningful thought to me in our current challenging situation today…
Please share your thoughts (or your favorite one from those above). I’m always curious about what you think!

I have always found there is a lot of wisdom when I read thoughts from others! Why re invent the wheel when you can get so much from others!
Tish, I am reminded of the saying that all of us are smarter than any of us! So…we keep searching out what others have said.
I think all of them are good, but I too like the last the best.
Lately, I find that one thought provoking idea is nearly always followed by another like idea or one that prompts me to look further. Am I attracting these follow-up readings or am I simply more cognizant of the ones I see every day but don’t usually notice. No matter. Thoughts come in clusters. I need to find the buried treasures that lie within.
