Ramblings as an “elder”

Posted by Pat on May 17, 2020 in Uncategorized |

Some people try to turn back their “odometers.” Not me. I want people to know why I look this way. I’ve traveled a long way and some of the roads weren’t paved!

Why is the easiest way to find something lost around the house is to go out and buy a replacement?

Did you ever notice that the Roman Numerals for forty (40) are XL?

The older you get the tougher it is to lose weight because by then your body and your fat have gotten to be really good friends.

Then there are all those forms where the blanks ask who is to be called in case of an emergency. I think we should write. ‘An ambulance.’

And I’ll bet you have had some similar ramblings in your years on this planet!

One of my favorite is that I don’t consider anyone to be old, we are all aging to perfection.
    Many blessings,
