9 Life Lessons
Did you ever see the email that went viral on the internet called “Life Lessons from a 90 Year Old Woman?”
Now, this is a gal I can relate to!
And, no, she was not 90 years old.
Regina Brett wrote the list the night before her 45th birthday after being diagnosed with breast cancer. She doesn’t know who labeled her 90 years old.
But I don’t care because her life lessons are well worth sharing!
You may (or may not) agree with some of these ideas I’ve chosen from her list to illustrate below, but they should give you something to think about!
Let me know which ones resonate with you!
Giving up wanting “fair” is replaced with knowing it’s still good.
Well, of course, why would we want to resist?
It’s just so hard to wait for it.
(S)he can take it.
And here’s two more of my favorites for you to think about!

They all feel kind of right, don’t they? Still, the first one for me today: use the good stuff, don’t wait for a special occasion. The champagne in a crystal glass somehow does taste better than in just an ordinary one. And the special food? NOW!
Today is THE day as stated in the first one and the life isn’t fair. I work with the grandkids all the time on the life one!
